Product information
This product determines the concentration of o-phthalaldehyde by chemically reacting the chemical substance adsorbed on the filter paper with the o-phthalaldehyde solution to produce a color change.
Product ApplicationLimited to testing Retouch brand o-phthalaldehyde disinfectant.
Instructions1. Take out an indicator card from the vial and tighten the cap.
2. Completely immerse the indicator color block in the o-phthalaldehyde solution, take it out after 2 seconds, place the color block face up, and place it flat on the table, and observe the reading result.
3. 0.3%: the color block is red and white ;
0.4%: The color block is red or has a few white spots ;
0.5%: The color block is bright red.
4. Please refer to the standard to judge the color block: According to the test result of the ratio chromatogram, the color lighter than 0.3% is the unqualified solution.
Precautions1. When using the product, the color block must be immersed in the solution for 2 seconds and then taken out, otherwise it will affect the judgment of the result. 2. This test card is limited to testing Retouch brand o-phthalaldehyde disinfectant. 3. Do not store the product in a room with strong oxidants in the air. The indicator card must be stored in the bottle. Do not take it out if not in use. Keep the bottle cap tight.
4. Avoid strong acids and alkalis. Do not use any unused test strips left after opening the bottle for 90 days. Do not use test strips that have expired.
5. When testing, it is strictly prohibited to put the color block face down, so as not to affect the judgment of the result.
6. This card is a semi-quantitative chemical indicator card, and the precise concentration value is subject to the relevant standard analysis method of the product.
7. The storage temperature is 5℃-25℃, protected from light, moisture, and dry indoor.
8. The card should be used at room temperature 15-25℃, and the reaction time should be prolonged if the temperature is too low.
