Shandong Retouch Washing and Sterilize Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in July 2001 in Huangheya Industrial Park, Decheng District, Dezhou City, Shandong Province. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, manufacturing, and market promotion of hygiene and disinfection products. It is also a well-known enterprise in China's disinfection industry and an important participant in the big health industry.

The enterprise has strong strength, with fixed assets of 200 million RMB, more than 435 employees, among whom more than 100 are R & D technicians. Adhering to the development concept of "revitalizing the enterprise through science and technology" and taking "leading the new sterile frontier" as its development goal, the company has built a professional R & D and marketing team. In terms of production and quality control, the company has passed the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification and ISO 13485 medical device quality management system certification. It is equipped with 38 sets of various production equipment, including 9 automatic filling lines. In 2009, it built a high-standard purification workshop. In 2011, it obtained the production qualification for skin and mucous membrane disinfectants. In 2014, it became an enterprise with patented antibacterial packaging products in the industry. To further expand its industrial layout, the southern factory of Retouch in Shandong started construction in July 2021. More than 80 new production lines have been introduced, focusing on the production of medical devices and medical disinfectants. After the project is completed, the annual production capacity can reach 80,000 tons.
