Product informationThis product is composed of aluminum foil carrier, indicator tablet, color developing filter paper strip, breathable film and product label. The special indicator tablets contained in the chemical indicator card can crawl along the color developing filter paper strip after dissolving under the damp heat effect of saturated steam. Whether the main sterilization parameters such as temperature, time and steam saturation meet the requirements can be determined by the crawl distance of the black solute.
Product Application
It is applicable to the chemical monitoring of the sterilization effect of pressure steam at 121 ℃ - 135 ℃ in hospitals and health and epidemic prevention departments.
Use rangeOpen the packaging bag, take out the chemical indicator card and place it in the center of the package or packaging bag to be sterilized. For hard container, it should be put in two opposite angles or in the place where is most difficult to sterilize. Run the sterilization procedure and after the sterilization, take out the chemical indicator card and judge the result by observing the creeping distance of the black solute in the product window.
Judgment
Qualified: the black dissolved matter crawls to the sterilization qualified area, indicating that the main sterilization parameters meet the requirements.
Unqualified: the black solute does not crawl to the sterilization qualified area, which means that at least one of the main sterilization parameters does not meet the requirements.
Note1)This product is only used for the chemical monitoring of the sterilization effect of pressure steam, and cannot be used for the monitoring of other sterilization methods such as dry heat and low temperature.
2)Do not contact with acid-base substances. Pay attention to moisture and store in a cool and dry place.
