Effectiveness
Effectively remove mineral residues, rust, milk stone and other dirt in the milking machine system to ensure product quality.
Product Application
Using Method
Acid cleaning agent:
1,Finish sterilization 0.5 - 1 hour before milking, using 300ppm disinfectant, at normal temperature below 43℃, and circulate for 8 minutes before draining.
2,After milking, rinse with warm water circulation at 35℃to 40℃for 5 - 10 minutes before draining.
3,Wash with 0.5% acid detergent and hot water circulation at 60℃ to 80℃for 6 to 10 minutes, and ensure the outlet water temperature is above 40℃.
4,Rinse with warm water circulation for 5 minutes.Alkaline cleaning agent:
